Important Notice

Please note that we do not offer refunds for any purchased plans or services. All sales are final. This policy applies to all our plans: Monthly, 6-Month, Annual, and Lifetime access.

Replacement Eligibility

We offer replacement services under the following conditions:

QR codes that fail to scan due to technical errors on our platform
Incorrect QR code generation that doesn't match the input data provided
Service interruption that prevents access to your account for more than 24 hours
Technical issues that prevent QR code downloads for extended periods

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacements are NOT offered in the following situations:

Change of mind or decision not to use the service
User error in entering data or selecting QR code types
QR code scanning issues due to user's scanner app or device
Print quality issues or damage to printed QR codes
Expiration of subscription or plan period
Violation of our terms of service

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for any of our plans or services. By purchasing any of our plans, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Replacement Process

To request a replacement service, follow these steps:

2 Provide your account email and order details
3 Describe the issue in detail and provide screenshots if possible
4 Our team will review your request within 48 business hours
5 If approved, we will provide the replacement service or extend your subscription accordingly

Service Credits

For eligible replacement cases, we may offer one of the following:

Regeneration of affected QR codes at no additional cost
Service extension equivalent to the downtime experienced
Credit toward future upgrades or additional services

The type and amount of service credit will be determined at our discretion based on the specific circumstances.
